Interesting article.

Lot's of people have been piling into lawn care recently with the economic down turn. It is easy to get work and make money if you have been laid off but still quite competitive if you want to make a good living off of it at the moment.

Remember that in the northern states of the US there is an off season in the lawn business too over the winter. Many operators offer firewood delivery, snow ploughing etc to their clients (or take a vacation). So you really have to go all out and make hay while the sun is shining.

This was written by a Guest Author but yes, I see Yard Care Services working everyday here in Hawaii. I'm sure business has slowed, but not stopped.

"Thinking About Starting Your Own Yard Care Service?"

Are you serious? Have you looked at the current state of the economy? I'll tend my own yard, thank you.

But I will tend it in a green way.
